Creatnet Education is dedicated to the holistic transformation of education systems and communities in India. Established in 2014, our mission is to seed an evolution of consciousness, by awakening leaders as lifelong learners, who build learning communities that foster the growth of school leaders, teachers and youth.
Our practice (not just theory!) of change emphasises the transformation of the self—both inner and outer—which expands to drive collective progress across communities, groups, schools, and entire systems. Our work spans two distinct spaces: government education systems and community-led initiatives.
Our partnerships with the government support transformative change in schools, where the school leader is the strategic lever of change. In Delhi, we collaborate with SCERT to develop school leaders in 2,500 government schools. As for our community-led initiatives, our volunteer-driven youth and teacher communities provide crucial support to underserved populations.
Our vision is to see educators and youth become self-driven learners & self-aware leaders, learning from each other in small groups, and consciously crafting their futures. We envision a pedagogical shift in how learning happens in different educational contexts towards self-driven, small-group learning where the educator’s role is to enable this through facilitation.
